Foods to Keep You Cool
It’s hot out there! Here are some foods to keep you cool as a cucumber this summer. These foods help nourish yin and body fluids and clear heat.
In hot climates eat less. Emphasize more liquids and cooling fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Avoid red meat, chicken, alcohol, coffee, smoking, greasy fatty foods and excessive use of warming spices. But also… have fun, it’s summer!!!
